I had a year's worth of BS dealing with Comcast in Detroit, but nothing comes even close to dealing with Sallie Mae/Navient. I would have said the INS (now CIS), but Sallie Mae and Navient surpassed them YEARS ago.

Without a doubt, the Commercial Licensing division of the Okla Tax Commission is the most inept folks I with which I have to deal.
The thing is, they have no competition. One must go through them to get what is needed. And they know it.

Forgot about them. My wife has contacted her State Rep THREE times, and they still haven't repaired her records.
The Utility companies cause they dont care they know you have no other choice but to use them, the .gov doesnt care they get paid regardless, insurance companies are all a scam anyway and they all regulate there business to match the competition so dont matter who you use they will all get a cut regardless.
Medical insurance companies, the clinic staff is told to file with the primary first and then files with secondary first. Then they send threatening letters until you either pay up or tell them they made an error-which they don't care about regardless.
