What trigger is this? Doesnt look like a Sig flat blade trigger, and the rest of the factory P320 triggers look like a traditional curved trigger...so is this aftermarket?

Apex Flat-faced? Full disclosure, I am by no means a P-320 expert.
I just saw the same and believe you are correct.
Now to find out if its just the trigger blade, or the tribber bar kit too.

No experience with the Apex in a P320, but I don't really care much for their appearance. Have you looked at the Armory Craft flat faced triggers?
The gun is for sale locally with no mention of a trigger upgrade...so I was curious why it looked different. Could be a bit of a deal if its got unmentioned upgrades (its at a shop, so I'm assuming traded in and the likely dont know).
Looks like an Apex to me. This is one I owned.
I had apex triggers in my P320 prior to the recall, Apex had me send the triggers to them ( these were pre recall, triggers and Apex gave me a credit, for what I paid) according to Apex the pre recall P320 Apex triggers are not compatible with the post recall Fire Control Unit (FCU) and pre recall P320 FCU are not compatible with post recall triggers.
