get some lugholes solution "iodine" and cut it with about 1/3 rubbing alcohol. apply to the fungus after bath and during the day if needed. gets athlete's foot also.
It's not a fungus. If it were one of the many antifungals I used would have obliterated it. I've had that problem with my feet since my early teens and use Tinactin to keep it away. As long as I use it (tiny amount), it stays gone. When I quit it for awhile it comes back if I go long enough without it. One bottle of powder will last me about a year it takes so little. I've got almost a lifetime of dealing with it! lol

I've also used Triamcinolone Acetonide and it does work very well. But, the last couple of yrs have been using a home remedy that highly recommend. Get a jar of CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and stir in a bottle of Campho-Fenic. Works great and not expensive.

You may be thinking of psoriasis, which is related to the immune system. Eczema is just a dermatitis that can be treated with antihistamines, steroid cream, lotion, & avoidance of triggers. I’d ask your MD to get a correct diagnosis. Maybe do a video chat & they can advise & call in a script. I dont know jack about dermatology, so I’d call an MD

As a patient of psoriasis and exema that is totally under control they are two different skin issues, although the Psoriasis medication can be used for both there will be complications.
A dermatologist can determine which works.

Methotrexate or Acitretin works for some but requires constant blood testing to check for liver damage.
Clobetetasol Propionate works good too but it’s a steroid and makes the skin thin leading to easy bruising with overuse.
The best thing for me with exema is Triamcinolone
Those that have exema around the face are recommended other stuff that is milder.

One more time what works for one person may not do anything for you. Consultant your dermatologist.

The hydrocortisone is clearing things up nicely after 3 days. Both the rash on my chest that itched terribly and the painful rash I had on my ankle. No idea what that was but it looked bad and hurt. Thanks for the help! Wish I had asked days before.
