Currently have UVerse and thinking about making the switch. Any input on ATT tv would be appreciated.

I have AT&T TV, It's a streaming service but the channel line up matches what I had on DirectTV as far as I can tell. The good, no more satellite the bad if the internet is down no TV. Has a voice remote, unlimited cloud based DVR space, and you can instal the App on an Ipad or other device to allow up to 10 people in the same household to share one account..... I feel the HD picture is far better than the one i got DirectTV. So far I like it but I'm sure things can change.
UVerse is dying. AT&T has put all their eggs in AT&T TV as their future in television service. While UVerse is still available to current customers, it is no longer being marketed to new customers and there's no knowing when the Blue Death Star will pull the plug on the service.
Frankly, I will never have another service that requires a contract. For my needs, Sling Blue is perfect for me.

Hulu+Live, Netflix, and over the air TV for me (with a bunch of other streaming apps for PPV type shows). I dropped DirecTV last year, saved a bunch of money, and don’t feel like I’ve missed a thing; even found quality shows I didn’t know about.
