Was it after a service? My wife had all her configurations saved on her Subaru. It was defaulted back to factory after her first service.
I just looked over on the Ram Forums and it looks like from a previous topic that you may have a software update waiting for your Uconnect or maybe you need to either pull the fuse for a while for your radio or just pull the battery cables off but, I would definitely go here and enter the vin to see if you have one but, does your truck have the option of the built in WiFi? If so, that means it has the built in phone number for itself which means it should update itself over the air. If that website says you have an update, you’d just have to look into having to somehow make the radio search for the update and install it because I wouldn’t advise downloading the update to a memory stick because I’ve heard of a lot of problems with freezing by updating that way.

yeah I tried the battery thing. Unhooked it for probably 15 minutes.
you might be right about the update thing. I’m gonna see if that’s the issue.
Probably just a Skynet update...
