He emphasised the parking lot idea above and build another one elsewhere. He did not like the downtown area but due to the court systems being firmly entrenched there he was pretty much stuck.

If I was King of OK County, I would have occupied it only as long as it took to build another one and I would have taken every cent spent back from the design firm and the GC to put toward a different facility, and those 2 firms would not have been involved in the new build, except to pay the county back.

That facility is a white elephant.
