I don’t see where Chauvin committed a felony. He was operating under the rules of his department and the law. He was not committing a felony at any point during the altercation. This whole mess wouldn’t be happening had Floyd not been breaking the law. Furthermore it wouldn’t have happened it Floyd wouldn’t have resisted. His two passengers didn’t resist and guess what? Nothing happened to them. They were even yelling at Floyd to stop. But yet the other eye witnesses were yelling at Chauvin. But that’s what blacks are taught today. They are taught that police are the enemy ( especially racist white cops) so it’s no wonder the crowd was yelling at the police rather than the thug criminal who was resisting arrest. Then after the whole incident was over the same onlookers wanted to destroy the business that called the police on Floyd. Anything to blame others rather than Floyd. Chauvin did not commit murder and he didn’t commit manslaughter. End of story. I just hope the jury does the right thing. They are probably afraid to it find him guilty of something.
Jurors are fickle animals. So are administrations. Even if the jury finds him not guilty the administration will still fire him. Just like Ferguson.

Can't argue with anything that you said. Pretty much you hit the nail on the head. However this are different times. I believed he will get convicted of something just to please the crow/mob. I saw a snip were the ER doctor was testifying that he believe Floyd death was cause by affixation. Screw the fact and the evidence, is not what you believe is what the fact and evidence can proof. Did JB made a statement "We choose truth over facts". Whos TRUTH?

Can you imagine going into that courtroom and NOT saying what they expected to hear? I mean you have to think about your family and their safety. Just the threat of them being turned over to the Soviets would make a man testify to whatever....in most cases.

Do they ever put former jurists in witness protection? I wouldn't want to be any of them if he's found guilty of anything other than the highest charge. Much less not guilty.

I also like how CourtTV is covering it.

Question to legal expert: "How do you think the prosecution did with witness X?"
A: "Oh, he/she was fantastic, super strong. Very convincing and highly credible."
Q: "How did the defense do with them?"
A: "Well, they did the best they could given the irrefutable evidence of the racially motivated murder committed by Chauvin."

Lol, I haven't seen any of that. Can we just skip to the part with fire, free big screens and peaceful protests?

Has the prosecution finished presenting their case yet? I haven't been watching, but it always looks one-sided until the other side gets their turn.
