Yep. I can find new full sets but I'm trying to find just the rear sight to match the front.

I believe what you have is a rear sight from a standard Glock instead of slimline. Your best bet is to get a Glock Ameriglo set to get to your goal. But a pricey fix unless you can find some takeoffs from a 43x/48 factory gun.
The rear you want is going to be taller and require a taller (.200”) front sight.
The notch on that rear you have is also slightly wider than the Ameriglo Bold rear.

What little bit I've read made me think the regular sights were too wide for the slim line Glocks.
So it's sounding like I need to learn to like these sights or replace the whole set.
I'm wanting to use this gun for my EDC so I'm thinking that the black rear sight will give me problems in low light with my old eyes.
