My loyalty is to me, and my family. My current Employer is great, my longest run with a company at 14 years, will likely retire from them in a few years. Prior to that I moved around, in every instance it was to better myself, and my earnings. So my job history after high school jobs is 5, 5, 4, 3, 11, and 14, a total of 42 years in my "industry".

I retired from the Phillips 666 refinery in Ponca in 2019. I had 13 weeks shy of 40 years. Counting my overtime ,I had 45 years in. It was Conoco when I hired in there and was a good place to work. Phillips turned it into a real chicken sh#t outfit. They started pestering me about my radio in the shop I worked in, that I had had for years. Operations had the same radio set up in the main control room , but theirs was ok. Joke was on them. I still listened to my music by Bluetooth from my phone to my hearing aids, plus all my retirement accounts were in limbo when the market dropped again and when reinvested I made twice the money of my highest grossing years working there. Phillips is every bit the sorry outfit I had heard they were for years.
