Go here, it's free. This is Pluto TV, you can watch it on your computer or any streamable device (like newer tv's)...completely free. There's hundreds of free channels, but my favorite is called "Skillz and THrills"...it's channel 316 on Roku TV's, but 292 on computer. It has many shows that I like such as Forged in Fire, and remember Top SHot? It still comes on there too, on weekends. Anyways, give it a shot. Did I mention that it's free?

So I'm at a point in entertainment piracy where I feel I've watched just about every show and movie I'd want to. Seeking something to give me background noise pushing primers, I stumbled across Swamp People. I used to watch it in the first few seasons, but quit watching it because I never saw someone get bit even though that's what they teased before every commercial break. Meh... but I'm at a loss for entertainment.

Watched a few of the most recent seasons, I'm betting Savage regrets their sponsorships in the show. So many pretty and pristine guns going "click" and the ire of these cajuns talking about them guns that "keep messing up." The so-called "King of the Swamp" ditching his signature Savage for his trusty Ruger 96/22. It gives me the chuckles.
Savage .22 rifles (the new ones I've seen) are made in Canada, eh.
They seem all right except the magazines look like you told a new employee you hired yesterday to take some tin snips and cut out the pieces. The edges are kind of rough.

I've had a few savage 93's, a 17 and a 22mag. both were tack drivers out of the box but I'm a ruger guy at heart. Sold em off for a pair of precision line rifles. Ugly as they can be, but dang they'll keyhole a group.

I've got Pluto TV installed on my Amazon Fire TV . . . it is crazy how many shows are on there. Just wish I could DVR them and/or remind myself to check Pluto for something to watch more often.

I catch myself watching Pluto more than anything else as well, especially that Skillz & Thrillz channel. We cut the cord with Dishnet last year and I only wish that we had done it sooner! You never run out of free, good quality programming to watch.

Well dang, I guess I’m going to have to look into Pluto TV.:anyone:

I really prefer listening to books and would like to find a cheaper alternative to Audible. The ones I’ve looked at so far haven’t been significantly cheaper like they advertise.

I use my local library. Free audio books on demand through a third party app.
