It's a collapsable, removeable, double flag pole with no outside or inside rope halyard.

They threw in the bottom flag because I bought it at a home show and I had my pick.

I also have the best end of the Eagle top pointing toward D.C.

So to raise and lower the flags you just telescope the pole? How tall is it?
It's a 20 footer made in the U.S.A. by Titan. The poles have an interlocking hook on each section. I'm trying to figure out an antitheft sleeve for it right now. Not going to drill any holes in the pole it would weaken the pole. I like the fact I can remove and store the pole any time I want to. I'm really disappointed in the LED lighting but I guess the lighting requirement is technically met by it.

That solar light at the top looks like a really slick option, too bad you find it lacking.
