ONe of the first things I want on my new OK property/Home is a freaking tall aluminum Flag Pole. Something in the 40'-50' range with a big ass light shining up on it.

I built a 40’ for a guy but out of steel pipe.

it started with 4” pipe at the bottom and reduced down 3” pipe then eventually to 2” pipe towards the top. First made a 3’ piece with a 4” 150flange on it and that was concreted into the ground. When the flagpole was made it was then just bolted to the flange.

Been meaning to build a 20’ for my house just never made the time to do it yet.

I just go out in my front yard and lay on my back. Drives my wife crazy when all the other wives try to come over and climb up it!

You're very welcome sir. Nice to meet you. Sorry I was busy getting in my lawn though. That 3 inch root you saw was piddly compared to the others I dug out. I find another one about every month or so. It sure shook my teeth when that tiller hit it.

It's a 20 footer made in the U.S.A. by Titan. The poles have an interlocking hook on each section. I'm trying to figure out an antitheft sleeve for it right now. Not going to drill any holes in the pole it would weaken the pole. I like the fact I can remove and store the pole any time I want to. I'm really disappointed in the LED lighting but I guess the lighting requirement is technically met by it.

The Flag deserves proper display , not technically proper display. My .02.
