I am a huge fan of American muscle cars but when I was a teenager I was crazy about the looks of the Porsche 911 Carrera with the big "whale tail" spoiler.

My dad had a 911 SC with that same whale tail spoiler. At some point, he had a Porsche speciality shop remove the factory fuel injection package and install two sets of three Weber carbs, one on each side. It really cleaned up the engine bay and trimmed some 100 lbs, and that car was a screamer afterward. Heck of a time starting it if it’d sat for several days, that much I remember!
Those Nazi buzz bombs always looked like a frog that was run over with it’s eyes about to pop out. I know I’m biased, but I’ll stick with the classic American Muscle.......
I prefer American muscle too... but only because twisty winding roads scare me.
We are not poor, just no money for extras. The only time I feel poor is watching some of you guys spend more on a gun than I have on some cars.
are those rubber bands holding the fender on?
Those take the place of a bolt underneath that tie the bumper cover to the fender. Makes it easier to pull the front end off. The squirrel on a treadmill powers it.
