If you move within state, do you have to get a new card with current address?

currently it still matches my drivers license old address because I haven’t made it to the tag office to change that. Because of Covid I can’t just walk in to change it now. Was just wondering if I have to do something to change my CCL too.

Yes, you need to update your address.

I did my driver's license renewal online. I don't know if you can do an address change that way...

It may not be necessarily legal, but as long as address on my DL and CHL match, I’ve never worried about it. My DL and CHL match where I get mail and not where I currently live, and as long as I own the other property, I’m not changing it.

I did my CCL and DL address change on the same day. Got my updated CCL about 3 weeks later, still waiting on my DL. For the online portion of the DL I mailed my address change and updated my address on my profile online. After I got my CCL, I submitted for a replacement license using the address from my profile. This was on 3/23/2021 and I still haven't received anything. I will probably just go get one in person at some point.

You have to get a new DL within 30 days of moving. $25. Not sure about the CPL since we are now constitutional carry state.

Right now there is a huge problem with getting DL. Gov Stitt is opening large mega centers in Tulsa and Okc, to alleviate this problem this summer. My nephew had to wait in long line after getting there at 6am. He is 16.

Also, I believe the duty is just to notify. The OSBI has a form that will need to be signed and notarized. OKDPS has something similar. It is up to you whether you want to pay for a replacement license from either Department.
