The email says my order was delivered but I have an empty porch. My street is so new that it’s not on google maps yet. I guess I could call the buyer of my old house and see if it ended up there. Happened with a housewarming gift from my BIL.
Maybe, only one house around me is inhabited at the moment. Their porch is wide open where mine is kinda protected visually. I guess that could be a bad thing or a good thing.
Any vehicles around your place unlocked. Had this issue, was missing several things that they claimed were delivered. Found them two weeks later in a vehicle I had not drove in a month that was unlocked.
Nope, lots of crews around though. Almost enough that I don’t think it’s a porch pirate thing. I just think the driver couldn’t find the location if he was using ‘Maps’. It’s listed an delivered though. Almost wish their notifications allowed for ‘undeliverable’ for whatever reason.
Interesting enough, I see lots of amazon and fedex trucks in the neighborhood but I don’t think I’ve seen a UPS truck.
What I’ve seen happen a few times is it will show “delivered,” but only to the next carrier as for whatever reason UPS will hand off to USPS, etc. if it’s a new neighborhood, that may be the case. Hoping for the best!
