Never got the sign in my yard. The realtor told a client about our house. I got a call out of the blue from the client. He offered me sight unseen higher price than I would take. I told him he should come over first and look at the place. Within 10 minutes of being at the house he offered me 10k over his first offer

When you pull up if I recognize you then don't worry about me sitting there with a shotgun across my lap..... but my new Rott has a tendency to bite.
