Now That is a killer smoker. AND slide out drawers! I used to use one of those old rounded side refrigerators when I was going for the REAL Slow Roll or doing something lite like turkey or cheese. That's makes the best brisket too if you have the time, fat like caramel candy.

Just pulled temp on it, and the meat drawer temp is holding at 215* --- perfect for low and slow.

Cleanup is a breeze as the coals and wood chips are in a SS colander. When it cools, you just dump the colander out. Ready for the next time!

Just came out.

Put a little apple juice in the pan while it's resting under the foil. May mix a touch of BBQ to make a 'sauce'.
