My uncle bought one of those and was quite proud of the deal he got. I didn't have the heart to tell him his child was hideous.

It's a DPMS from right when they went belly up. Got it from CDNN for 299 less the furniture, BCG, ch, or LPK. Now wears B5 brown, B5 of green, FDE SopMod, a cobbled together sling, BCM CH, FDE BCG, matech BUIS, an elcheapo crimson trace red dot, geissele h1 buffer and braided wire spring, and a CMC drop in trigger. Most of which I have aquired second hand on here or Armslist when they were good, or clearance sells online.
For a cobbled together mess I absolutely love it. The only thing I think I want to do is part ways with the bushmaster BFI 1/9 hbar eventually and do a lighter weight 18inch SPR build with it.
