You can't mix the two together, the zinc ruins the lead plus zinc takes more heat to melt
and is hard on molds because of the heat.
separate the two, keep the WW, sell the zinc for scrap.
Check the mold faces to see if there are flakes of lead stuck to one or the other .
if so gently clean it off with a tooth pick. Also check for burrs around mold half's.
and as already been said cool the mold a little, you might try lowering the lead temp
Walgreens does passport photos, check with them for emailing you a digital copy
I'm thinking the photo has to be physical and mailed in or you can try the main PO in Tulsa
to see if they do pass ports
