My wife bought me a sled like these (Jet Sled) several years ago. At first I didn't think I would like it but it's been a great tool for my ATV. You would be surprised how versatile these are.
I've also been looking at these (Yard glider)
I've had a similar good experience. I accidently left the turret caps for my ACSS scope at the range and when I went back to find them, they were gone. I emailed PA to see how I could order/buy replacements. They sent me new ones for free. Their customer service rocks!
Supposedly there has been some conflicting research redarding whether or not prions cause CWD. Supposedly , 5 to 10 percent of deer that have CWD don't have prions present. New theories suggest that bacterium likely initiates the disease process and stimulates the formation of prions.
I hope...
I'm not as familiar with other states' transport rules. However, in KS an antlerless deer must be transported with the head attached as proof of sex. They just recently added the ability to do an online check in via phone and pictures which is another option for transporting.
The problem with that is that KS requires proof of sex while transporting unless the deer has been fully processed. So, quartering and transporting may conflict with KS laws. The real issue is proper disposal of the carcass, not transporting it.
This was also my first run and I too was given the 1st slot in the 5K. Now that I have a baseline, I have some goals to strive for on the next one. I'm looking forward to it!
I was comparing the winter 2015 5K run times to 2016. The average time in 2015 was 89 minutes. This year, the...
I've been a lurker for quite a while also. This and the 300Blktalk site are my favorite forums to lurk at. I found the site when I was looking for info on SDA. I mainly just enjoy reading the posts and don't have too much to say
If I remember correctly, it's also illegal to park on COE property with a firearm or ammunition stored in your vehicle. There are some limited exceptions for hunting...
I've had one for about a year now. Even after around 300 rounds, it still doesn't like the cheap walmart 115 grain ammo (FTE). It does, however, eat 124's with no problem. The factory sights are nice and bright. I recently installed the night sights on it. The extra weight makes it a nice...
Here's a couple of links to copies of the police reports and other evidence...interesting read...These files are big (80M each)

I'm pretty sure it's from a deer. I see that stuff in my back yard all the time where the deer hang out...

I have a question to those who have been carrying for a while. I just recently got my CCL and have been carrying some. When I do carry, I can't help feeling that everyone is watching me and/or paranoid that someone will spot me. So, how long does it take to get totally comfortable carrying?
