I have changed my oil every 3500-4500 miles for 17 years. Although, when I changed it this afternoon, at 3200 miles, it was almost the same color as the stuff going in… I think there’s a lot of variables though obviously, I don’t do much idling, mostly highway mileage so it’ll be cleaner than...
Thanks for all the suggestions.
I do like the watch, but we’re moving and the new house has some unexpected costs that I’d rather not dip into savings for at current rates. I’ll see what I can get for it and if it’s too low for me I’ll just hang onto it for a while longer.
I’ve put my 162333 in the classifieds here, but not getting much interest. I have ZERO interest selling on Facebook marketplace or eBay due to scam/theft risk. Where would you recommend I sell it for a fair price?
All prices are OBO, found it lower on gunbroker? I’ll match it, send me the link!
Meet in Edmond. No trades please.
Core15 Keymod. Standard barrel length. Has magpul stock and grip, magpul flip up sights, primary arms red dot, upgraded trigger and was cerakoted in a “battle worn grey” color. I...
Somewhere in the Olympic mountain range. WA has terrible gun laws, but is also a pretty red state outside of Seattle. Nobody bothers the mountain folk, don’t start none, won’t be none.
Looking for something mostly functional, nothing too fancy. About 48” each side, 15” deep and 9ft tall. Similar to the pic on the left.
Wont need it painted, prefer no crown molding, again just basic.
Anyone know someone who could do this or at least ballpark the price?
In Edmond.
Thanks.
We have water pooling under our ground level deck after a decent rain at our new to us house. Also pooling in a few low spots and on a side of the house. I’m thinking we need a mild regrade or maybe a drain etc. also open to other ideas. Might even swap the wood deck for concrete if that’s not a...
I think so too. Here’s an image of the area, flashing right where the leak is inside. Thankfully it was redone when the roof was done obviously, so fingers crossed that was the cause.
Very interesting. I’m hoping something like that can be the case here. I’m hoping the roofers didn’t see mold on the outside of the OBS and simply shingle over it. But who knows.
Good to know. I know there’s a lot of “germ theater” in regard to mold, but I am also a pretty cautious… but I’m glad there may be options other than a down to the studs reno!
I do have asthma, and we are going to start a family soon…. But I will probably have it tested to determine course of action if it’s going to be big $ to have it demo’d if it’s not toxic.
I am not sure on the smell. The house had cats in it and all I can smell is that at the moment. The floors...
Yeah. All behind the wood paneling, between it and the Sheetrock. Also some in the attic. The ceiling has some water damage, but haven’t seen mold there. I removed half of this and stopped when I saw the thick mold behind the panel.
