I thought squirrel at first but seemed different and with them being all grouped together in these sycamore trees I wasnt sure.

Everybody has different preferences/needs for footwear. I was going for light weight so I just used my normal trail running shoes and they worked fine for me. YMMV

Yep, Still going, just not quite as hard. Crossfit 3 or 4 times a week and running 1 or 2 times a week. 5.4 miles last night and crossfit today at lunch. Nicely done on the 10.3 miles!!
