The diamond stocks shown by OP aren’t “Coke Bottle” stocks. The Cokes came after the non relieved diamond stocks. Cokes will have the “football” cutout as seen on the middle set shown. And Cokes are not necessarily the most sought after or most expensive. The pre-war Magnas can go way higher...

The top side plate screw would be the 5th screw on the N frame guns. S&W did away with the 5th screw in '56/57 so they became "4 screw" guns. Model numbers began in '57/58 so this gun here is a Model 27 (no dash #). The S20xxxx puts this one probably 1959/1960.
