You might check to see if the clutch coil feels hot in a short time after engagement (seconds, rather than minutes). You might also have to remove belts to feel a bad bearing in the blade spindle(s), that may be hanging intermittently. Just a couple thoughts. Luck.

Anti-freeze actually has anti-corrosion additives to help protect your engine. Mix it 50/50 with water and you shouldn't have any problems in tires either.

Chlorine outgasses pretty quick, sunlight or not. We used to keep a couple of open half gallons of water sitting on the counter for drinking. A few hours and the chlorine taste was pretty much gone. Overnight, it was gone completely.

If you have any day to day cravings, sugar (as someone mentioned) can help a lot. I never had a problem quitting, but if your body has had a good bit in your system for a while, it physically doesn't like the change. Keeping a glass of really sweet tea at hand during my waking hours solved that...
