My friend had an armorer's wrench in his bag. I tried removing just the stock but it still wouldn't fit. I was really flustered with the guy watching me struggle to fit both guns inside with both barrels pointing downrange. In hindsight, I should have just carried the lower in my hands to leave...

But I think he should have refunded my friends at least. I had everything pointed down range except for my guns in my gun case when I first opened it. I even had the bolt locked open, gun on safe, and no magazine in the case. Most don't even lock their bolts open before going to the house...
