Look closely at that definition.
A Trapdoor made in or before 1898 is an antique. A replica Trapdoor made after 1898 using conventional ammunition is not.
This is an excellent example why legal interpretations should be left up the lawyers-and even they disagree.
Never get your legal...
Check and make sure because the rules always change. But most of those countries and especially South Africa will not let you bring ammo unless you have a rifle for that caliber-the last time I was planning a trip down there-2 years ago.
Look striaight up the line and see if there is a hole drilled in the die, leaving a burr. It is an air/oil relief hole. Is that die a Lee? They are notorious for that.
If it is a burr try polishing it as other have said. If that doesn't get, go after it with a hardened tool such as a scribe...

Interesting thought this morning on this subject. Somewhere up the chain of command of ancestors was a relative, who came to Oregon as an immigrant, being a Okie Dustbowl emigrant. I guess now I am the emigrant from Oregon and an immigrant to OK- completing the circle and using both spellings.

Here is a picture from a new feeder I put in January.
I think I might look for a tire.
Zinc is a key component of brass cartridge alloy. If you have attacked the zinc in the alloy you have weakened that brass and for safety reasons you best course of action is dump that brass and start over.
Pyrodex fouling also has a component that attacks zinc in brass if not properly...
