    Shadow Systems MR 920

I have one and have 500+ rounds through it. It came with a weak recoil spring, and I had four malfunctions during the 200-round specified break-in period. Those malfunctions were all failures to feed. Shadow Systems sent me a new recoil spring. Since then, I have had three more malfunctions...

    USCCA Defensive Shooting Fundamentals

I'm not casting stones, just pointing out, that Rob Pincus was involved in the USCCA curriculum development, but I don't know how truly deep his influence goes. If you agree with his philosophies, you may find value in the training. If you don't, you likely won't. People like Will Andrews...

Out of State LEO looking for shootin qualification

My understanding of LEOSA is that retired federal agents may qualify by shooting their agency's qual course or the qual course of the jurisdiction in which they reside. Getting "qualified" is not the big hurdle. As someone else pointed out, getting the required ID is the problem as some...

    6.5 grendel ammo

I've taken hogs with this Grendel ammo, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it on deer depending upon the available shot. The Black with the ELD bullet should be quite sufficient for deer. The Hornady SST stuff would probably be the top choice.

    Oklahoma's Stand Your Ground Law

    Just had firearm confiscated

Respectfully, the Constitution is a restriction on government. It does not apply to hotel management (unless they are acting as an agent of the police). For law enforcement to enter the room, they must have one of the following: Consent Warrant/court order Exigent circumstances (some sort of...

Pics & video from our recent Social Shotgun Manipulations class

Here's CJ, one of the students, running the 4+1 Transition Drill with a Tac14 in 20ga. I like this drill because it has many layers to it. The shooter starts at gunbox/cruiser ready and has to get the gun into action. Then they hit both outside targets (long transitions), both inside targets...
