I got out of the AR world years ago but recently have been thinking about a JP .308. I run his APAC chassis on my Vudoo’s and my last AR-15 was mostly JP and Stag (LH).

I use the Bore-Tech one-piece rod on my rifles. They're not cheap but are what is recommended by Vudoo (manufacturer of my rifles). Also use their bore guide. For my pistols it's a bore snake all the time.
