I had issues w/ my old 1100 a few years ago loading shells. I tore it all down and did replace the interceptor latch mentioned above. I also had to re-stake the shell latch. I bought the tool shown below. Let me know if you end up getting to that point and would like to borrow it. Good luck!

I have a good friend it North TX that has a few hundred goats. He has Great Pyrenees dogs to protect them. Occasionally, the protected become the prey. He shoots the dog on the spot. …just sayin’

Check out Ebay, that’s where I got the (used) hogue stock for mine. Heavy bbls that are threaded can be found there, just don’t know how good of a deal they are for those. 7

Same here. CCI Standard Velocity ammo cycles just fine in my 10/22 with DeadAir Mask suppressor. Ammo is sub-sonic with only the sound of the action cycling when fired.
