If you have the starter out, use jumper cables to test that it actually works. Then I'd check the solenoid that it actually works too. They key start position is the trigger. Have someone try to start it to be sure you're getting power to the other side. ECMs can go bad, but that's typically not...
the whole problem with that premise is the time travel thing. I think they'll just start wiping people out in present day versus trying to figure that whole thing out.
Set up a dedicated decapper press. Yeah, it's an extra step but the pins are tougher, it'll keep your loading press cleaner and you wont have to use the pins on your dies anymore.

this is funny. I have a gas stove in my shop that I run off a generator and propane tanks. Just for when the weather doesn't cooperate with my electric company. The wood stove in there helps when it's cold too. That's the precious metal I'm stacking.
