What is the mantra of the lib dems when it comes to gun control legislation? Oh yeah---"If we can only save ONE LIFE"! I guess with "Fast & Furious", they didn't care that they took 100s of lives of Mexican citizens and the life of Border Patolman Brian Terry. Straw purchasing guns to be trafficked to Mexican drug lords is okay if it advances the lib dem agendas, ya reckon???. 34 out of the approx. 2000 weapons of "Fast & Furious" were .50-caliber rifles that can take down a helicopter, according to officials.:pissed::madbox:

A .50-caliber is a massive rifle that can stop a car or, as it was intended, take down a helicopter.
Yeah, JMB invented the .50BMG to take out all those pesky helicopters buzzing around the trenches of WWI... Don't any of these gomers have fact-checkers?

While will agree that there were not any pesky helicopters buzzing around the trenches of WWI, twin and quad fifties were later used for purposes of being anti-aircraft weapons. I think that helicopters qualify to be called aircraft. IIRC one of the "Fast & Furious" 50 cal. rifles was purchased in OK. BTW, I am just glad the authors of the article did not drag the name of the rifle through the mud. If it is who I think it is, that company has been stead fast in defending our 2nd Amendment Rights and gun ownership.
