My god, what’s the world coming to when a beautiful thing like that has to be given away because it isn’t worth any money, and you actually have to argue with people about whether the money they aren’t paying is really worth it.

Whattya think it would cost to have a local moving company move that thing, all local like? Surely no more than a couple hundred bucks? Knowing that might spark some interest.

A professional piano mover can move it from garage to garage in the Okc metro for 200. (More if going in the house, stairs, etc). Very reasonable considering the weight & using people that are experienced in moving pianos.

When aunt and uncle and mom and dad died we had two electric organs and two pianos. None of the kids wanted them. We couldn't sell them. We couldn't give them away even to rest homes, hospices, churches, no one wanted them. Both pianos were in tune and didn't need work. Dad's nurse finally took one piano and the two organs were given to the two local country and rock bands in town. We set the last piano outside the house on the lawn with a great big sign on it, "FOR SALE $1,000 FIRM!"
It was gone that night.
