This is a vehicle I purchased just for the engine and transmission. It has a 10 bolt rear with 4.56 gears and disc brakes. Got the engine and trans out and cleaned up the truck a bit. I only cleaned 2 of the aluminum wheels up. Has new Moog front end parts. Has polyurethane sway bar and end link bushings 275-60-15 tires. Fuel cell @ 15 gallons and some flow masters. LED lights at all 4 corners. Darn youngsters like the LED stuff and stereo stuff and bling. I have a few more things to do to it like polish the other side and bolt down the seat belts that go in the middle of the seat. SOOO many under hood wires but it was fuel injected and then the guy installed FITech FI system then went carb and all the relays for the lights and the push on off buttons he had working the electric pump and fans and start button. Heck he always had the keys for it.. Kids like push buttons I suppose. Heck I used to like switches and buttons until one day my wife said she would drive my stuff if I just made it start by turning a key and to keep it simple. That is the way i have been rolling for some time now. Jump in turn the key and GO. If I spent as much time on my wife's 1980 3/4 ton as I have on this thing it would be running already. I am not even going to keep this GMC. WOW the rain is coming down hard!!!
