There have been businesses in other states that have been sued over injuries from criminals doing things where people could not defend themselves.  This legislation is based on Wisconsin law and had almost identical wording.  The original legislation would have been a good law.There were a couple bills that would have required you to be asked to leave before it could be considered trespassing, but those never made it out of committee.</blockquote>
