All the instructor did was pass out copies of the SDA and read word for word. The test afterward was on firearm safety and nothing about the law that was just read to us. I could be wrong, but I think the majority of our "lawmakers" are attorneys and should already know the law. I do think they should have to shoot a qualification course like everyone else. I think they should add a scoring system and require a minimum qualification score just like I had to do when I was in the military and the PD. Not just fire 50 rounds and say "here's your certificate".</blockquote>
