My place a little west of the refuge is fairly dry now, but there’s still ALOT of water in the fields along Hwy 11.

Which direction were the cranes going when they were leaving the refuge?
Northwest. They were criss-crossing over head most all day though.
I could listen to those all day long, interesting birds.
I videoed a flock of cranes, so my wife could see and hear them. I love listening to them too.
Thanks. Chronic conditions that just get worse. To top it off, my SIL took a fall from a ladder yesterday and broke a hip. SO, I spent a large part of my day today at the hospital while she underwent surgery!
