Little guy took a shot to the low shoulder / high elbow sometime prior to 12-22. He had shed one side by then and dropped the other within 4 days. He's still getting around and will be a funky 3 year old.
I made it out Tuesday. Didn’t have that wind I needed and the deer came from the wrong direction. I’m going back out this afternoon to give it one more try. I pulled the card again and activity has actually picked up. Feeling pretty good about my,almost, last ditch chances
I don’t get it. This cam has been taking 3-400 pics every 24 hours for the last week. I have the perfect wind and slip into the stand before 3. Nothin but bluejays and cardinals. I ain’t done yet dangit! Still have four days.
That's how my hunting has been going too. That or camera issues.
