She patiently waited for this one to turn broadside.  The other had more points, a little more mass, but no where near as mature, tall or wide as this one. The 308 loaded with those 178 gr ELD-X sure work great. 150 yd shot, double lung, no shoulder meat at all and this bruiser only made it about 75 yds. Surprising because the entry wound was about the size of a quarter and the exit was significantly larger than a golfball. Only problem is that this was the buck her older sister had her heart set on, but she chose to go to a concert this evening rather than hunt.  She is just a tad bit upset.  That’s hunting though.
