As I walked up to the tree I stand by a giant doe jumped out of the tall grass and started running across the field. I threw my rifle up deer was at 75 yards and getting farther away. I shot and the deer fell. When I got to it this is what I found. One of the bucks I been seeing that had already shed its horns. It kinda made me mad at first that I killed a buck that would probably be a good one next year but then I thought of all the guys that walked in and set up on me less than 100 yards away and didn’t feel so bad.
