get the 1:8 barreled one, better all round barrel. anderson is good quality stuff, they machine everything in house, psa buys other vendors stuff and assemble them. the last anderson i saw wasn't finished as well as they used to do, but still quality stuff. i've owned several psa uppers and they have all shot well, we were anderson dealers and i've never shot one. the rifles i have left i built just for me, so lots of cash in parts, cause i got the best i could source. a bit more but the best out of the box that i didn't build was a BCM 20", it shot a full mag (18 rounds is full to me in a 20 round mag) as fast as i could reacquire the target at 100 yards at wilshire and it made one ragged hole about the size of a quarter.
