WaterPROOF and side load battery is awesome. My biggest knock on the RMR series is bottom load battery.

Also nice is some of the dealers are clearing out Holosun products to make room for these new products. I just ordered a HE507C-GR Elite (2MOA green dot, 32MOA ring with solar & shake awake) for $265.82 delivered. yeah it's bottom load, but with up to 100K hours battery life at that price point, I can live with it.

I just pre-ordered the 407K. With Coupon Code "ty10" it came to just under 198 dollars shipped. Looks like May for a ship date, but I think it will be worth it. I was going to get the Shield RMSc, but I'm not paying RMR price for an optic that isn't near as durable as the RMR.

If I decide I don't like the 407k, I don't think I will have any trouble turning it.
