I never fired a 509 but I don't like the way they feel in my hand.

In your situation I would try to sell or trade the 19X for a G45 MOS or G17 MOS.

I have fired a 509 a bud of mine has, feels like a 2X4 in the hand. He has sense sold it and purchased a G19X.
I have a G19X and it is my favorite Glock that I have fired and im not a Glock fanboy, im an old 1911 guy.
I would Stay with the G19X if your trying to decide between the two. JMO

I own three FNSs, virtually the same gun. Really like my G45 but push come to shove, the FN is a better platform for me.

I prefer the feel, grip and point of aim on the 509. First firearm I ever picked up with an optic and drilled bulls eye every shot
