Building a 300 BO AR pistol and have never purchased 300 BO ammo. What were the Pre-Covid prices? Seeing .99/rd on ammoseek but don’t know what a good price is.

Remington white box supersonic was $15.99/20 at Walmart when they used to sell it.

Maybe a 100 to start. Still a few weeks away from getting it built and will want some to test and make sure I’m going to like it. After that I’ll stock up.

I roll my own. Haven't bought a factory box of 300 BO ammo in years.
Most of my 300 BO ammo even has a 223 Rem headstamp on it.
But I think I remember it being around $15 a box.

Sign up for Ammo Seek. I have a bookmark for .300 BLK that I check daily even though I don always have the money. Freedom Munitions 147 and 150 gr new manufacture are right at $1.11 a round for a 50 round box.

I'm like Mr.T, I load my own. Are you wanting sub sonics rounds or the fast stuff? I build my AR long before the 300 BK Out hit the market. Mine is a 300 Whisper built back when J.D. Jones of SSK Industries was the only source for guns or ammo. It is set up for sub sonics only with an AAC Cyclone .
