I have HS BM on 3 of my rifles and I completely disagree. While I do believe the Surgeon BM and the Badger BM is slightly better the HS is the best for the money (1/2 price of the other two). I have put each and everyone through plenty of use and none of them has failed me once. If I was going to "upgrade" and 700 SPS I would go with a McMillan stock (A4 or A5) and a Shilen or Jewell Trigger to start. Shoot it until the barrel is worn and then rebarrel and have the action trued at the same time. Spend money on the things that will make it more accurate (stock, trigger, barrel, action). Save the cosmetic stuff for last (bolt knob, bottom metal, paint, ect).
