Get a quality scope. If you hand load....I would look into 7mm, 6.5 and 6mm versions of the .308 too. I have two .243&#039;s that are great shooters. I&#039;ve got several 7mm rifles too. Think about what you really want the rifle for, there are better choices out there than the .308Win. It is a good all purpose round though.Don&#039;t rush.</blockquote>
