Speaking of .458 bullets....
Buddy was in Academy and called to see if I needed anything. Said if they had any HP bullets for .45acp to pick up a couple hundred.
When he got home, I ended up with two boxes of .458 diameter bullets when I needed .451. Counter guy said they would work.
So if anyone needs some premium bullets I can work out a deal cheaper than you can buy them in the store.

They'll still seat with a good mouth flare, be a little tight going down the barrel though lol.

I went with the 458 for all the reasons above parts hopefully will be here soon. Already have a 100 rounds loaded up to test. 420 is the heaviest I have at the moment I bet those 600' s are something. Need to try and find some

Since Barnes quit making them, they're hard to find. Molding them is probably your best bet.

Ok, I’ve not explored all the options for the AR15 platform. I’m aware of the calibers but never looked real hard, but a 600 gr boolit in an AR is sounding really fun. I can only imagine how it thumps a deer or pig.
