What primers do you use?

Winchester large pistol, but only because I've just got a ton of them for other cartridges. Nothing wrong with the CCI imo. Some say they're harder but I've not ever experienced any issues, I've not used many of them though. I use Federal primers in everything else.

What mags are you planning on using? I'd recommend Lancers

I haven’t settled on a particular mag yet. I’ve read that Hexmags work well. I’ll look into Lancers though.

I'm using 4198 300 325 and 420s that's as heavy as I've got. Like to try some 500 & 600 gr need too look for some but I was given 300 Remington 300gr hp so I'm set there for awhile

I’ve been following this thread, so other than a range gun, what does everyone use this round for? What’s the limitation on distance?

It's large and slow, I've sighted in at 100y. Really have no intentions of shooting it any further.

Slow moving freight train it's all about the mass. Like a 58 muzzle loader large slow and destructive.
