You need to find out if this is common or a fluke. A OCPD buddy of mine put 3 00 buck rounds in a BG's chest, his lungs were hanging out his back. He broke the straps on the gurney, pulled the IV's out of his arms. 6 months latter he escaped. Does this mean that brand of 00 is no good, no it was an exception.
