Recently my Preon P2 quit working and I could not get the batteries out to take a look so decided to spend 2 bucks and return it to 4Sevens. Within a week including mail time I received a call from 4Sevens and a detailed email stating that batteries had leaked, swollen and destroyed the light. He recommended I contact Duracell.
I called Duracell told them the story and forwarded the email from 4Sevens. They are sending me a check for the replacement value of the light and a coupon for a free package of batteries. Nice customer service and I just wanted to say kudos to 4Sevens and Duracell.
