Fixing to start playing with my 500 Smith again. Just seeing what loads everyone uses, prefers, or has come up with??? Thanks!

Man, I'd have to check my load data at my house, but I typically use Starline brass, with either Speer 350gr JHP or a Missouri Bullet Company Crusher 400gr lead projectile. Not sure if it's me or my load, but results so far I'd deem "acceptable" but with room for improvement. I also recently got some T&B bullets 400gr coated as well but I haven't tested those yet.

My favorite I've loaded is Starline brass, Berrys 350 plated, over 42gr. H-110 charge. Burns clean, reasonably accurate, lots of fire, and sounds like a howitzer... as most do. Lol

That sounds pretty close to what I'm doing. I just hate to quote a recipe without checking my real notes. I am using H-110 though.
